I stayed with my two children in Sumska 1 for a few days. We were warmly welcomed and very caring during our stay.
There's excellent, freshly made vegan food, beautiful ambiance, and the best hosts you could ask for. Not to forget the two super loving, fun dogs and the sweet cats:)
Our room was beautiful, with very cozy beds, a great atmosphere and magnificent views.
The whole area with adjacent national park and great nature is simply magnificent.
We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

You want to fall in love with Serbians, you just have to meet this family. The house (a significant portion of which they built by hand themselves) and surroundings were so lovely. But the house is overshadowed by the warmth of this tightly knit family.
I won't review the accommodation or the room that we stayed in, because that's not what's on offer here. It's the hosts. They make you feel so welcome....that you don't want to come back to your busy city life at all...we did not want to leave them and that house.
The family is mostly vegan and they will serve you food that's made from scratch there...and the food is to die for. It is YUM.
We can just sit around with them and have conversations and laugh for hours, and you will wish time had just stopped.
This is a place I will definitely go back to every chance I get, hoping they won't get tired of me.

Amazing host, property is a perfect stay for people who enjoy nature. There are trails near by and you can go on a hike close by and enjoy the nature.
They are a vegan family, so you can enjoy some delicious vegan breakfast.
Ana and Iva took all the effort to ensure their guests were feeling comfortable and at home.

It's an amazing place and a unique family.
Everything here is beautiful and tasteful.
Goga cooks amazingly. Goran knows how to set a task clearly and you immediately want to perform it well. Iva always helps and happily hugs you. A house, a festival and any project of this family is always a super idea filled with warmth.
We were a family, with two children. It seemed to us that working and living in tents with two small children could be very difficult.
And it turned out to be wonderful, thanks to this wonderful family

This is a magical place!
Iva and her family welcomed and made us feel as if we were part of their family. They are creative, open-minded, compassionate, fun people who from who you can learn a lot of things.
You will never feel judged or lonely here.
This place is located on mountain Fruska gora, which is a national park, and the nature is stunning here. Closest city is half hour away, Novi Sad, which is the second biggest city in Serbia.
Goga's cooking is amazing! :)

I spent one week in here and with this lovely family. Iva and her family were so friendly and welcoming, it was a great experience.
Together with another volunteer I looked after the children, the two boys are gorgeous, and in the afternoon we played pingpong, went hiking, watched movies oder set at the fire.
They have a wonderful project with lots of ideas there.
Thanks again for the great time and the delicious vegan food!
I definitely visit again and totally recommend this host!

This project is more than just a project. You become a part of the family from day 1 and everyone is willing to share beautiful ideas, stories and experiences.
There are workshops (singing, yoga, juggling, etc.) organized by team members which are always fun. Iva and her family are very hospitable and the vegan food here is amazing.
There are all kinds of tasks (gardening, building, childcare, cooking, etc) so you can always find something to do with your skills. It was my first workaway experience and honestly it couldn’t be better. I hope I can come back and contribute more to this beautiful project :)

We spent a beautiful time with Iva and her family. The house is beautifully located, in a big garden, where you can find a common space, but also spend some time by yourself. There is a wonderful view from the "hammocks zone", a Fruska Gora National Park for walks on weekend, and hippie bar next to a bus stop.
The work we were doing was mostly outside, we had a chance to choose what we prefer to do every day. There were fixed hours of work and food, but flexible enough. We worked with other volounteers, learning some skills from each other, and sometimes also with members of the family or Lehel, a master of natural building. We came back with heads full of inspirations. We loved to observe how they raise their children, to learn vegan cooking for Goga, to talk with others about their ways of living and thinking. Because of the number of volounteers being there at one time, the cultural exchange is really happening, on many levels. I would say, the emotional exchange also.
It was just two weeks, but we got really attached to this place, it was hard to notice the moment where we became a members of the family.
We think about you a lot, and we hope we will meet again somewhere in the world!
